Metered usage rates:                                                                                                              $65.85/Quarter which includes the first 6000 gallons of water consumption. After the first 6000 gallons the rate is $11/1,000 gallons of water used per quarter.                                                                                                                    For our customers that utilize their own well water, the rate is as follows:
