Moving, Selling, or otherwise Transferring a property? Use this form to apply for a lateral inspection. All inspections must be done with a representative of LAJSA present. PLEASE NOTE: Contractor or Homeowner must make sure the service address is accessible and your equipment is in good working order ready to do the inspection at the time requested. You must be able to provide a recording of the inspection on a thumb drive when finished. We also highly recommend your equipment will have the ability to locate any potential issues. LAJSA allows one hour for all inspections, anything over one hour or if our inspector has to make a return visit may be subject to a fee from LAJSA.
