LEWISBURG AREA JOINT SEWER AUTHORITY
If you received this notice, we assume that you utilize your own well water. Because LAJSA does not have any means to calculate your water usage for sewer charges, it has adopted a rate schedule based on guidelines set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and its own act 57 plan to calculate your water usage. Please complete and return this form to the address above within 30 days of receipt so we can bill you properly.
(NOTE: IF THE FORM IS NOT RETURNED, THE AUTHORITY WILL ASSUME THAT,
FOR A RESIDENTIAL SITE, SIX (6) INDIVIDUALS RESIDE THERE AND FOR A
COMMERCIAL SITE, THAT TEN (10) INDIVIDUALS WORK THERE AND WILL BILL
ON THAT BASIS.)
